Draft notice: written directly from what Coachfio actually does, not generic boilerplate. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the governing-law section below is a placeholder - have both reviewed before relying on this for legal compliance.

These terms govern your use of Coachfio, a product of GoDevLab Agency ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Coachfio, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the product.

The service

Coachfio analyses match footage you upload and returns an AI-generated coaching report: a written summary, timestamped moments, and performance metrics. It's provided "as is" - the analysis is generated by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete, or miss things a human coach would catch. Don't treat it as the only source of truth about your play.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for whatever happens under your account. There's no password to protect it - sign-in is by a one-time link sent to your email or a connected OAuth provider (Google/Discord, where enabled), so keeping your email account secure is what keeps your Coachfio account secure.

What you upload

You keep ownership of the match footage you upload. By uploading it, you give us permission to process it - including sending it to third-party AI providers (see the Privacy Policy) - solely to generate your coaching report. Don't upload footage you don't have the right to share, or that violates a game's own terms of service.

Free tier and usage limits

Coachfio currently offers a free tier with a limited number of matches analysed per account. We may change these limits, or introduce paid plans, with notice on the product.

Coach and player connections

If you connect with a coach or player, you control whether your reports are shared with them. Messages you send through Coachfio's chat are visible to the person you're chatting with, the same as any messaging feature.

Acceptable use

Don't use Coachfio to upload malicious files, attempt to access another user's account or data, abuse the service to exceed rate or usage limits, or use it for anything illegal. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Not affiliated with any game publisher

Coachfio is an independent, game-agnostic coaching tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EA, Valve, or any other game publisher whose titles it supports.

Limitation of liability

Coachfio is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoDevLab Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including decisions made based on an AI-generated report.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law
